The ISO 9001:2000 Standard provides the framework to continuously improve every facet of the operation. Supplier selection and incoming inspection, order taking and entry, every step of the manufacturing process including inspection and testing, through packaging and shipping are strictly controlled. This way we are able to reach our ultimate goal: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Warranty Policy
Our crystals are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace any crystal not meeting original specifications, except in cases where there was obvious mishandling of the equipment, causing blank breakage. |
