FORD DASH MOUNT ('99 F SERIES SUPER DUTY - AUTOMATIC ONLY)


This bracket is mounted below the climate control.

  1. Remove the radio using Ford radio removal tools.
  2. Remove the two screws on the top surface of the radio cavity and then carefully remove the bezel.
  3. Remove the climate control module.
  4. Fit the BR165 on the lower left corner of this cavity by pushing the back edge against the rear lip and the bracket tab against the vertical surface. Fasten with 2 needle point screws.
  5. Replace the climate control, the bezel and the radio.
