Chev/GMC Dash Mount ('07 Silverado LTZ, Sierra SLT, Tahoe, Yukon, Avalanche, Suburban)
This bracket is mounted on the right or left side of the radio.
  1. Carefully remove the bezel. Start at the top or bottom right corner and work your way around until all the clips have been released. Lift the bezel out of the way.
  2. Place the BR138 in the bezel cavity and fit it against the right side edge. Use the bracket as a template to mark the location of the two holes to be drilled.
  3. Drill the two holes and fasten the bracket. Suggestion: use #10 x ½" sheet metal screws and drill the pilot holes with a 5/64" drill bit.
  4. Reattach all wires and plugs previously disconnected and replace the bezel.
  5. In a similar fashion, the BR138 can also be mounted on the left side.
